Karen has been in the travel industry since 1983 and joined Continental Travel in 2014 as a corporate agent. Karen enjoys the fast pace of the corporate environment. Her favourite travel destinations are Fiji, Egypt, Paris and Honolulu, Hawaii.
Jackie Bosc
Corporate Travel Advisor
Jackie has been with Continental Travel Group since 2007. She brings over 25 years of experience to the agency, specializing in corporate travel. She prides herself on her attention to detail and excellent customer service. Always trying to go the “extra mile” for her clients. In her spare time she enjoys crafting, reading and golf. And of course spending time with her family. Her favorite travel destinations are Texas and Australia. Her bucket list destinations include Greece, Italy and the Seychelles.

Kathy has been in the travel industry for 30 years, and 27 of them have been with Continental Travel Group. She has a large corporate clientele who book both their business travel and personal vacations with her year after year because of the excellent service she gives. Her impressive experience includes booking travel for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers since 1995. She loves to travel anywhere warm, especially Malaysia and the Caribbean.
Keri Watson

Keri has been in the travel industry since 1997 working as a corporate travel agent. She started off her career working on Baffin Island expanding her expertise with routings to the North. Since then, Keri has been a local Winnipeg agent for the past 20 years, focusing on complicated international and northern travel. She is extremely dedicated to customer service and has a proven track record as being a team leader with a focus on customer service for each client's varying needs. Having traveled to all seven continents and almost 100 countries, travel is both an adventure and a way of life for Keri. She says it’s hard to pick a favourite place, but seeing penguins in Antarctica, large cats in Kenya and Tanzania, or the beauty of New Zealand are some of her most memorable experiences.

Kim has been in the travel industry for over 20 years and the past 20 have been with Continental Travel Group. She is fluent in both English and French, a College of Disney Knowledge graduate and specializes in both corporate and leisure travel. She has extensive knowledge in Northern travel. She enjoys having satisfied clients who return to her year after year for all their travel needs. Her favourite travel destinations are Honolulu, Paris and Disneyworld.

Lori-Ann has worked in all aspects of the travel industry and brings extensive knowledge to Continental Travel Group. She has worked at Air Canada, Suntours and as a travel agent for many years. She has many corporate clients who have been with her for the past 30 years because of her outstanding service. Her clients are important to her and indeed are the reason she loves her job. These days Lori-Ann’s favourite destinations are anywhere with a beach and a pool bar!

Michelle has been working with clients planning their trips for over 20 years. Her love of travel, led her to leave the real estate industry in 2002 to start her career at Charleswood Travel. Michelle works with individual travel, organized group travel for friends and family as well as corporate getaways and school trips. Having visited 72 countries, she has much first-hand experience to rely upon when counseling clients.

Kirrily is a Certified Travel Counsellor and has been in the business since 1999, after immigrating to Canada from Australia. Because of her first-hand knowledge of Australia this has become one of her favorite destinations to share with clients. However, she has also worked extensively in group travel, whether for sports groups or family holidays, as well as touring and cruising. The next trip on her list is taking the family to swim with whale sharks!

Starting her career off with group travel bookings for High Performance Sport Teams which gradually expanded to group travel on cruises, to relaxing winter vacations as well as exciting adventures and personal tailor-made travel to Asia and Europe. Best relaxing vacations for Barbara is Hawaii and St. Maarten. She has an unfinished bucket list that she is looking forward to in the near future.

Daryl Silver has been in the travel business since high school, back in 1976. Daryl is committed to his family, staff, friends, and loves helping people in need and he is a staunch supporter of Winnipeg, Manitoba, and Canada. Supporting the community means helping non profits, sitting on local and national Boards, and along with signing the Winnipeg Accords, works towards Indigenous Reconciliation.

Kerry worked in the travel industry from 1998 to 2011, and previously worked with CTG as a corporate travel consultant from 2008-2011. Kerry took time off to have a family and has now returned to CTG in a support role. Her favourite destinations include London, U.S. Virgin Islands and China.

Meagan has been with Continental Travel since 2011. She started out as our receptionist and now works with the support services and marketing departments. She loves a good challenge and enjoys giving assistance to her coworkers behind the scenes. Her favorite travel memories include zip lining through the rainforest in Costa Rica, traveling to San Diego on a girls getaway to see Garth Brooks and family vacations to Prince Edward Island.
Oksana Szwaluk
Support Services
Oksana has been in the travel industry since 1998 and has worked with a variety of people including both leisure travellers and corporate clients. Today, Oksana is part of our support staff/ticketing team. She enjoys working with the agents to assist with clients’ travel needs. Oksana loves all the moving parts that are required to put a travel package together. Not all travel bookings are to exotic locations, but each travel booking is equally important to her. One of her favourite trips was staying in a mobile lodge right on the tundra outside of Churchill. Seeing polar bears from the moment she woke up to the moment she went to sleep is an experience she’ll never forget. She also enjoys escaping the cold Winnipeg winters to sip margaritas and lay on the beaches in Mexico and Cuba.

Kim Renouf decided on a whim to go to travel school and graduated in 1996. She began in leisure travel and moved into corporate only by happenstance. After booking and managing hundreds of corporate travelers and accounts she transitioned full time into account management in 2017. Kim’s greatest passion is her family, husband Declan, 3 kids, Keira, Kaia and Franky and dog Rocky. Kim also loves traveling and spending time with her large family at the lake. Kim takes tremendous pride working at Continental and doing her best to exceed our clients' expectations.

Graham is passionate about sustainable travel from the environmental to social factors. Graham has traveled to five continents and over 20 countries. His favourite travel experiences include hot air ballooning over Cappadocia, Turkey and exploring Petra, Jordan.
Gertrude French
Administration Manager
Gertrude began her travel career after she graduated with honors from Success Angus Business College. She joined Continental Travel Group as a travel counselor in 1989 and in 1991 was promoted to manager, administration and eventually executive assistant to the President. In her role as manager, administration, Gertrude has excelled at ensuring that administrative policies and best practices are in place for the company, maintaining facility management and supervision of the administration and reception departments. Her industry experience includes travels to Bali, Hong Kong, Rarotonga, the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, Rome, Barcelona, Mexico and Alaska, in addition to several destinations in the USA, Canada and many cruises worldwide.
Nicole Desrochers
Receptionist
Nicole joined Continental Travel in 2019, taking on the role of operating reception. She enjoys the fast-paced environment of the travel industry and the day to day camaraderie with her fellow staff members. Outside of work Nicole values her time with family and friends, enjoys working on artwork, and spending time outdoors. Her favourite trips include her wedding in Santa Barbara, visiting Vancouver Island, and a family trip to Manzanillo Mexico.

Shannon has been in the tourism and travel industry since 2005. She has escorted and planned many groups and tours throughout Winnipeg and Manitoba, as well as assisted clients with their bookings and travel itineraries. Her favourite destinations are anywhere that include a relaxing beach, fascinating nature and wildlife and anything Disney.

Maricar, commonly known as Carr joined Continental Travel Group’s accounting department in 2007 after immigrating from the Philippines. Carr is very passionate about accounting profession and devoted her career in accounting field. Outside of work, she spends time with her husband and their three sons. She enjoys cooking, listening to music, playing basketball and travelling. She has visited Macua, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Houston and California. Carr’s bucket list includes Turkey, Hawaii, Jerusalem, Australia and almost anywhere in the world.

Hannah has been working at Continental Travel Group since March 2022 in our accounting department. She lived in Pohnpei, Federated States of Micronesia for 7 years. She enjoys playing ukulele, writing journals and spending time with family on family vacations. Her dream places to visit are Greece, Hawaii, Bora Bora and Korea.

Andrea has been in the travel industry since 2012 and joined Continental Travel Group in 2021 as the group’s manager. Organizing events has been her passion since she was 18 years old. She has worked in events since she graduated from university. One of her favourite parts of the job is the daily changes and diversity. She doesn’t have a favourite destination but her favourite place to be is the beach — no matter where in the world.
